Your use of our website or any services provided by Aqua Immigration is subject to the following privacy policy and terms & conditions. By using our services, you agree to these terms & conditions, including any future amendments.

At Aqua Immigration, we respect and protect your privacy. Our consultants collect specific credentials from prospective individuals seeking immigration under various programs. We gather information through telephonic conversations or face-to-face interactions to meet applicants’ needs. We operate under a strict data protection policy, ensuring your credentials are secure at every level.

We do not store, sell, share, rent, or lease any credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information to third parties. Our payment processing agent handles all payments, and we do not retain any personal or credit card information, except for payment details.

Any information, details, documents, or other forms you provide to Aqua Immigration will be kept confidential. We will only share this information with third parties required for the immigration process, such as government bodies or visa immigration departments and case officers. We collect your name, contact details, delivery details, and email address, and we keep all these details strictly confidential.

Refund Policy

You agree that you will not claim a refund if you wish to terminate your agreement with our services and withdraw before Aqua Immigration submits your immigration and/or visa application. Before making any purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood all our terms and conditions.

You may cancel or withdraw your application at various stages of the process without claiming any refund from us, even if it is the very next day after signing the contract.

Once you sign the agreement, we will not issue a refund. We explained all the information and process details in good faith, providing accurate details according to the existing rules and regulations of the respective country to file your application.

You also agree to take responsibility for any misrepresentation or fraudulent information on the application package. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You failed the medical examination;
• You have a criminal record;
• You are not proficient in the English language;
• You cannot provide relevant documents as required (depending on the country and the program applied for);
• There are changes in criteria or any other changes introduced by the respective government.

We will not issue a refund if the immigration office informs you that you do not qualify for the required program applied for with Aqua Immigration, except in specific cases related to medical, security, or misrepresentation issues.

Additionally, we do not grant refunds due to insufficient information, insufficient funds, language points lost, non-accredited or false educational credentials, unsatisfactory work experience evidence, non-submission of required documents on time, government policy changes, client non-cooperation, or any other contractual violations.

If we issue a refund, it is only made on special consideration against Aqua Immigration’s terms & conditions. We will process the refund application within 90 working days at the sole discretion of Aqua Immigration’s legal team.
